What is the Global Day of Climate Action?

The Global Day of Climate Action is an annual direct action rally held in September, established by Fridays for Future. This day calls upon the world leaders to make concrete commitments to fight the climate crisis. This year, we demand world leaders to prioritize climate justice as we end the era of fossil fuels!

What are we doing?

On September 15th (2023), we are supporting youth climate strikes and actions at many schools around San Diego County. You can also join us at the San Diego State University Climate Strike! It is open to everyone of all ages.

How can you join?

There are THREE ways you can join in the action:

  1. Attend one of the School Strikes and invite your friends!!
  2. Organize your own School Strike – and we can help!
  3. Attend the San Diego State University Climate Strike! Check out the details here.

How can you support us?
