ICEJ is excited to present to you our first newsletter of 2021. There are a lot of great events coming up this year, and it is our pleasure to continue to collaborate with the interfaith community to advocate for justice and peace. 

As people of spirit and faith, we want to collaborate and make a difference with our shared purpose of working towards more just and compassionate communities and institutions.

As a reminder, our monthly meeting is tomorrow, February 11th at 3:30 PM, and all are invited to join!

What: We live in challenging times. Pope Francis has written an encyclical called Fratelli Tutti that speak about unity and fraternity. We are all sisters and brothers and need to listen to and enter into dialogue with those who think differently than we do.

Considering this, Fr. Emmet Farrell has taken the initiative to call together leading voices from the Muslim, Jewish, and Catholic traditions to add the voice of faith and hope from their different perspectives to address the present moment.

Compassion circles are a way to continue to connect with one another and be supportive in this work of building resilience. Relationships can be created through these compassion circles. By signing up, we will be sending you more information about these compassion circles in the future.
