Interfaith Coalition for Earth Justice (ICEJ) is a volunteer organization of San Diego faith leaders and communities that serve to advocate for climate and environmental justice both in policy and in the public square. We believe that the values held in common by all faith traditions include the care for creation and care for the most vulnerable in society.

ICEJ is excited to announce our first event in our new Advancing Earth Justice Speaker Series! We will be partnering with the Food and Soil Committee of SanDiego350 to present: Industrial Farming and Pandemic Risk Today, featuring Dr. Aaron Gross.
Industrial Farming and Pandemic Risk Today

When: Tuesday, March 9th @ 7-8 PM
Where: Virtual
What: This online talk will discuss the link between our industrial animal agriculture and the creation of pandemics, and how we need to change direction to create a better future.

Our featured speaker is Dr. Aaron Gross, Professor in the Theology and Religious Studies Department at University of San Diego and Founder of the food and farming advocacy group, Farm Forward.
