We are happy to present our November 2021 Newsletter!

As we enter this month of gratitude, and as my time working at ICEJ comes to a close, I wanted to express appreciation to all at ICEJ for making my time so special. Even more than ever, the dedication to advocate for climate justice is critical, and it can't be done alone! Continue to carry kindness and compassion for all, and there will still be hope for this cause! 

One great example is the Faiths 4 Climate Justice Rally ICEJ participated in last month! Check out some of the footage of the Rally here.

As a reminder, our monthly meeting is Tuesday, November 9th from 3-4:30PM, and all are invited to join! RSVP to phil@icejsd.org if you plan to attend.

What: Having had a successful Faiths 4 Climate Justice Witness at places of worship and Rally at the County Administration Building just two weeks ago (see the video in this newsletter), we are ready to examine where we will put our energies in the year ahead. We look to plan the next two events in both our Advancing Earth Justice speaker series and Cultivating Resilience workshops. And following up on our Rally, what are our next steps in eco-justice activism? We need your help to make all this happen--won’t you join us?
