Are you interested, curious, or simply looking for inspiration on where to eat plant-based in SD?
Check out the Google Maps and Lists below that open directly in the Google Maps app!
Google Maps Overlay
The map overlay and subsequent lists are broken down into three categories:
Each category is visually distinguished by the icons in the description.
How to toggle Google Maps overlays on and off:
- Click the You bookmark bookmark on the bottom of the Maps app
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Maps mapicon
- Click on Plant-Based Map San Diego
- Click View map legend
- Click Close to remove all icons, or (de)select which icons you’d like to see on the map
Google Maps Lists
A downside to custom Google Maps is that you can’t scroll through them as a list, or pull up all the information you’re used to when clicking on a Google restaurant card. For that, Google Lists are a great option and show up with distinct icons on the map, but as separate lists for each category.
If you’d just like to check out the different locations (with accompanying websites, address and classic google maps links) you can find them below separated by sheet.
How to toggle Google Lists on and off:
- Click the You bookmark bookmark on the bottom of the Maps app
- Scroll to Your lists
- Click on the desired list and then the vertical ellipsis (⋮)
- Select Show / Hide on your map
