In this interactive and experiential event, you will learn about:
- critical intersections between climate and other social justice issues
- your unique niche within effective youth-led campaigns,
- how to engage your school community, such as through clubs
- Whether you are brand new to this type of advocacy or an experienced organizer, this event will be a safe and structured space to grow and meet new people.
Register now to boost your climate power, strengthen connections with likeminded people, and get inspired!
Check in will be at 12:30pm.
The full fee is $25, with an option for a reduced-price fee of $15. We also have an option for full fee waivers if cost is a burden for you or your family.
Due to grant funding, scholarships are available for students at Chula Vista Middle, Palomar, and Hilltop, and anybody with financial need. Additionally, registration fees are waived for all Summit planners or volunteers.
