Let’s Go! San Diego North County Kickoff Event

“Let’s Go! San Diego” is a campaign to put an initiative on the November 2024 ballot that would fund much-needed transit in San Diego and prioritize investment in communities of concern. We'll be collecting thousands of petition signatures for this important measure from June through November, 2023.

Join SanDiego350, Environmental Health Coalition, the Pilgrim United Church of Christ Environmental Justice Committee, and other partners for our North County kickoff event and training, where you will learn about the initiative and how it will improve health and promote transportation equity and a connected, mobile future for all San Diegans. This event is being hosted by Kathy Rallings of Pilgrim United Church of Christ.

At the kickoff, you can sign up to petition or for other volunteer roles. We will have petition packets ready to go so you can hit the ground running and start collecting signatures right away!

We'll be meeting in the sanctuary of Pilgrim United Church of Christ in Carlsbad. Please make every effort to carpool, walk or bike, or take public transit. The church has a small parking lot, there is plenty of street parking, there is a high school across the street with public parking on Sunday, and public transit options are available, with a stop at Carlsbad Highschool at Monroe/Chestnut.
