Join our coalition press conference to draw attention to SDG&E’s earnings report for 2025, which will show soaring shareholder profits – and to instead demand affordable, clean energy for all San Diegans.
This is our chance to show that San Diegans are fed up with paying some of the highest rates in the entire country and to protest skyrocketing utility profits that come out of our pocketbooks. We’ll have big banners to get attention for our message and compelling speakers.
Not only is SDG&E ripping us off (making nearly $1 billion in profits each year), but the exorbitant rates we pay are funding their efforts to kill rooftop solar, block the electrification of homes and transportation, and buy regulators. At a time when nearly a quarter of San Diego families can’t afford their energy bills, we say: This. Must. Stop.
