Vote Yes on Prop 50, the Election Rigging Response Act
Help us block election rigging and stop Trump’s attacks on climate action!
When: You should receive your ballot the week of Oct 6, and best to return it (by mail or drop off) as soon as possible. Prop 50 is the only thing on the ballot. The special election is Tuesday, November 4th.
Why is it crucial to pass Proposition 50?
- Extraordinary times require extraordinary measures. Prop 50 fights back against Trump’s mid-census election rigging scheme while affirming California’s commitment to nonpartisan, independent districting and a return to our independent system once the threat has passed.
- We need a Congress that will put people over profits, democracy over authoritarianism, and prioritize a liveable climate by stopping fossil fuel extraction and investing in renewable energy and environmental justice programs.
- Prop 50 will help level the playing field for 2026 Congressional elections and make it more likely we have a representative Congress
