Love & Friendship Social – volunteer fun!

We enthusiastically invite you and your pets to join us for an online social to bond with all the San Diego 350 volunteers. The social will include party games and mocktail/ cocktail recipes with a chance to walk through the steps with our amazing volunteer Jacqueline, who is a professional bartender.  

REMINDERS: 

• Bring your pets! We want to meet your dogs, cats, turtles, pet rocks etc or share about someone you really, really admire …  and why, personal or other.
• Please bring your own supplies. The following ingredient will be for both the mocktail & cocktail.
  • ​​​​​​​Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Lime Juice or Fresh Lime
  • Honey, Agave or Simple Syrup
  • Soda Water (Your choice can be flavored if you want!)
  • Choice of Spirit (Tequila, Vodka, Gin) Gin or Vodka recommended for this recipe
  • Tablespoon or shot glass for measuring

For your sweetener make sure to cut your sweetener. 1:1 Ratio, meaning a 1/4 cup of sweetner mix with 1/4 cup of water. This will make it easier to mix with all the other ingredients. 

Simple syrup can be made at home too! Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup of hot water and let cool for an hour

Dress up for our Love & Friendship theme (ideas below):

• Think of wearing pastels.
• Think of wearing warm tones, in general, warm tones are those in the red, orange, and yellow families.
• We will be on zoom, feel free to use the zoom backgrounds options to get in the spirit.
