The County of San Diego is holding a series of public workshops in all 5 districts in January 2023 on the Regional Decarbonization Framework (RDF). The RDF is the county's plan to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045, and these workshops are important opportunities for you to make your voice heard!
You should attend the workshop taking place in your district, or an adjacent district if necessary.

The District 1 workshop is Wednesday, January 18, 6-8pm, at San Ysidro Civic Center – 212 West Park Avenue, San Ysidro, CA 92173.
The other workshops are scheduled for:
- January 17 (District 4: Hillcrest, Balboa Park, La Mesa, Lemon Grove) – Malcolm X/Valencia Park Library
- January 23 (District 3: Coronado, Beaches, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad) – Location TBD
- January 30 (District 2: El Cajon, Santee, Poway) – El Cajon Valley High School Event Center
- January 31 (District 5: Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido) – North Inland Live Well Center
