The County of San Diego is holding a series of public workshops in all 5 districts in January 2023 on the Regional Decarbonization Framework (RDF). The RDF is the county's plan to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045, and these workshops are important opportunities for you to make your voice heard!
You should attend the workshop taking place in your district, or an adjacent district if necessary.

The District 5 workshop is Tuesday, January 31, 6-8pm, North Inland Live Well Center – 649 West Mission Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025.
The other workshops are scheduled for:
- January 17 (District 4: Hillcrest, Balboa Park, La Mesa, Lemon Grove) – Malcolm X/Valencia Park Library
- January 18 (District 1: Chula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach) – San Ysidro Civic Center
- January 23 (District 3: Coronado, Beaches, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad) – San Diego County Administration Center
- January 30 (District 2: El Cajon, Santee, Poway) – El Cajon Valley High School Event Center
