This in-person event will feature prepared questions from leaders with local climate change and environmental justice organizations and we'll also take questions from participants (use this form to suggest a question – form coming shortly).
We are expecting all four candidates listed with the Registrar of Voters to participate:
- Janessa Goldbeck, Marine Corps veteran and CEO of Vet Voice Foundation (confirmed)
- Monica Montgomery Steppe, San Diego City Council President Pro-Tem (confirmed)
- Amy Reichert, small business owner and founder of ReOpen San Diego (confirmed)
- Unfortunately, candidate Paul McQuigg was not able to attend
Event program:
5:00 pm – Doors open
5:00-6:00 pm – Visit host organization tables, mingle, light refreshments
6:00-7:30 pm – Candidate Forum
7:30-8:30 pm – Mingle with community and candidates

Transportation: Transit: Bus #3 is around the corner, bus #10 is a few blocks away on Washington St. Free parking in the Church parking lot. You can bring bikes into the church courtyard and lock them there.
