Volunteer Work Party: Unite for Climate Edition!

Calling all volunteers!

SanDiego350’s Unite for Climate Outreach team will host a Volunteer Work Party on Wednesday, April 16th, 5:00-7:00 pm at our Hillcrest office. 

There’s something for everyone to do- so RSVP now! 

This is a drop-in anytime event: whether you have 5 min or the full 2 hours, we’ll have something for you to do and we’d love to have you! Get that good “I did something feeling” to start your week off well.

I’m a new volunteer!

• Are you interested in volunteering with SanDiego350, or the Unite for Climate march? We need hundreds of volunteers to help with planning, spreading the word, and day-of! 
• Attendees to the work party who are new to the space will get an intro into the who/what/why of volunteering. We’ll also train you if needed, and you’ll get to speak face-to-face with other volunteers and our volunteer coordinator.

I want to help spread the word!

• We will provide training and advice for flyering, postering, presenting, and any other outreach you’re interested in doing.
• Also, pick up materials, including flyers, posters, stickers, and your own Unite for Climate t-shirt!

I just want to help and hang out!

• We love that! We’ll be working on tasks like sign making, poster/flyer bundling, calling volunteers, and whatever else the team needs. We’ll also be chatting and just generally having fun. Come by and we’ll keep you busy.
